Doug and Brenda – Married {Redlands wedding photographer}

What a sweet day for a lovely couple.  Doug and Brenda were radiant and their wedding was fun and unique.  They had their ceremony and reception at the newly renovated Ed Hales Park in downtown Redlands. They were the first couple to do this, and the architect was quite excited as this was exactly the type of event for which he designed the park.   The brick wall made a perfect backdrop for this urban/architecture loving couple.

I loved working with these two, they were totally relaxed and easy. What a fun day.

I think Brenda was the first bride to use State street in Downtown Redlands as her aisle 🙂  It was so cool to see her dad escort her up the street and into the park.

I just adored the flowers that were filled with succulents and sitting in milkglass.Being that Brenda is a city planner, how fitting that guests got to sign a blueprint of the park.Love this sweet shot of Brenda’s parents watching the first dance.Doug and Brenda had a la minute do the ice cream for their reception.   They make ice cream using liquid nitrogen.  How cool is that? One last shot of Doug’s nieces and nephews….

Congratulations Doug and Brenda!  I’m honored to have been a part of your special day 🙂

    We were disappointed that we missed this happy occasion, as we were out of town. These pictures give us a great over view of all the details of their special day! What lovely pictures to capture the happiness of this special couple!
